This is great, Andrew. Thank you! I was lucky to attend a session with Peter Bernstein who likened this knowledge to a cashier making change: you can do the math in your head instantly. You mentioned flash cards - surely thereβs an app on your phone that can train/test your knowledge. Something you could do anytime, anywhere. Recommendations?
